| Hewitts Ghost Whisperer Phantom
Actress JENNIFER LOVE HEWITT is convinced the set of U.S. TV show GHOST WHISPERER is haunted after she and several crew members felt a 'spirit' tugging on their clothes. The superstitious 28-year-old admits the idea of a ghost haunting the show's set sounds ridiculous, but insists a phantom lurks there. She says, "There can be energies and spirits in and around places. "We were filming in a certain part of a lot and there was this building I was walking out of to start a scene, and there were seven crew members who went inside this building and had very strange experiences. "One of the ladies felt her sweater being tugged and she couldn't explain it and another guy felt somebody tugging on the bottom of his jeans, and I had the bottom of my dress tugged. "We definitely felt like something was in there." 29/09/2007 14:31 Also see: JENNIFER LOVE HEWITT .itm{float:left;width:120px;margin-left:20px;border;} .

Rihanna Announces National Winner of the 2007 Venus Breeze 'Legs of a Goddess' Contest
Venus [PG], the authority on women's legs, today named 20-year-old Ashley Flores of Miami, Florida, the national winner of the 2007 Venus Breeze "Legs of a Goddess" contest. Rihanna, who kicked-off the nationwide contest in June, will celebrate Ms. Flores's win by presenting her with an award at New York City's Nokia Theatre in October. Ms. Flores secured the Venus Breeze "Legs of a Goddess" title in the face of competition from women across the country. Contestants from San Diego to Boston competed before a panel of judges that included actress and "Dancing with the Stars" alum, Stacy Keibler. In addition to toned and shapely legs, the judges looked for women with a confident and charismatic personality. "I can't believe Venus Breeze picked me as the 'Legs of a Goddess' winner!" said Flores.

The week gets off to a slow start with new shows, as the networks mainly stick with what works: "Desperate Housewives" on ABC, "The Simpsons" and cartoons on Fox and football on NBC. But CBS takes the first risk by placing Hugh Jackman's Las Vegas musical drama "Viva Laughlin" at 7, right after "60 Minutes," in what looks to be the most wrongheaded scheduling move of the season. The CW responds at 7 with "Life Is Wild," which is sort of "Everwood" transplanted from the Rockies to South Africa. It has "kid appeal" written all over it. Monday CBS plugs nerds into its male comedy lineup with "The Big Bang Theory" at 7:30, but it would have been better served sticking with "The New Adventures of Old Christine" from the get-go instead of holding it for midseason. Much better is the CW's "Aliens in America," about a Wisconsin dweeb who gets an exchange student in a desperate attempt to attain popularity -- only to have a Pakistani Muslim step off the plane.
